Privacy Statement

We are collecting personal contact information and data, in the event that visitors register their details, to be informed about updates to the Plane Sense website, Plane Sense social media channels, Plane Sense activities and latest news relating to flight path over Wellington northern suburbs (including but not limited to the DMAPS flight path change). 

The information we collect:

• Personally Identifiable Information: this is provided by you (or someone authorised by you or your organisation) when you register. Providing this information will always be optional for you. However, some updates may not be available to you if you choose not to provide it.

• Aggregated Data: this information is generated by systems as they track traffic through our sites. This information does not identify you personally and is not linked to the personally identifiable information that you may have provided. Information provided by you, that can include but is not limited to your response to questions, forms, polls, surveys and general feedback, will not be published with the personally identifiable information that you may have provided.

Who we share this information with

• The information will be used by the organisers of Plane Sense, Wellington. Your personally identifiable information will not be shared with third parties. 

• Information provided by you, that can include but is not limited to your response to questions, forms, polls, surveys and general feedback may be collated and shared as a whole but will not be published with the personally identifiable information that you have provided.

What we do with personally identifiable information

We collect this information in order to: 

• To offer the most relevant information suitable to you.

• For any marketing, promotional, publicity, marketing or market research that we might undertake.

• To publish collated data as statistics to evidence points made by Plane Sense.
